Children of this age are in such a transitional stage as they are learning who they are. Yoga and mindfulness offer tools of introspection, deeper awareness and the ability to observe self and others with a non-judgmental mind. Through breath and movement kids can learn how to change their inner state and take more ownership over their well-being. Young people often report feeling more calm, strong and empowered, along with being able to sleep better and succeed more in athletic endeavors.
For kids approximately 9 - 13. No experience necessary.
