REGISTRATION SUBMITTED BEFORE MONDAY, APRIL 1 PACIFIC TIME OR IN ANY OTHER FORMAT IS NOT CONSIDERED VALID.  YOU CAN ONLY SUBMIT ONCE.

Event Dates: 

Session One: Sunday, Nov. 3 - Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2024
Space available for 10 teams in each division: 3.5, 4.0, 4.0/4.5

Session Two: Thursday, Nov. 7 - Sunday, Nov. 10, 2024
Space available for 10 teams in each division: 3.5, 4.0, 4.0/4.5

Registration Procedure

•All information requested, including team name and a minimum of 7 players, must be filled in to be considered for the event. Please be sure to enter the correct spelling of first and last names, and verify the accuracy of email addresses for all players. 

•No payment is due at the time of registration.  Captains will be notified within 24 hours if there is space available and payment will be due at that time.  Team registration will not be finalized until payment has been made in full.  If payment is not received within 14 days, your spot will be given to another team on the waitlist.

•Fee is $305 per person/minimum 7 players per team.  Payment can be made by Zelle (preferred), check or Venmo.  Instructions will be sent via email to captains with notification of space available. Additional players can be added and paid for later.  The captain of the team should be the one making all payments for the team. Players do not make payment individually.

•Refunds will not be issued for team cancellations or given to individual team members after payment is made.  However, substitutions for team members can be made at any time.

•If the event is canceled by MPLT, team payment will be fully refunded.
