The NYU Stern Center for Sustainable Business is pleased to host Melinda Hanson, NYU Alum and Head of Sustainability at Bird, a last-mile electric vehicle sharing company dedicated to bringing affordable, environmentally-friendly transportation solutions to communities across the world.

Join us on October 31 to hear from Melinda about her work to shape the role of electric vehicles in decarbonizing cities and to optimize the environmental impact of the Bird’s operations.

Melinda spends her days communicating about the benefits of life on two-wheels, working with cities to advance climate goals, and supporting efforts to reduce environmental impact across the company’s operations. Melinda joined Bird after more than a decade working at the intersection of transport and climate, including stints at NACTO, the Asian Development Bank, and the ClimateWorks Foundation.
