4. (Optional) If you’d like to do some training on how to edit beforehand to familiarize yourself, you can check out a tutorial here. Of course, we’ll go over the ins and outs of editing during the event as well so this is totally optional!

Feel free to sign up on the GoogleDoc to work on a specific entry. You can also propose your own entry to work on! You can plan to work alone, but you might enjoy working in a small group.

Please note: If you've never edited on Wikipedia before, it will be easier to start by editing a page that already exists rather than starting a new one. Once you've signed up for an entry, you can start doing research on your person so that you can come prepared to start writing!
