You may have already received communications from your course instructors regarding your kits. Some of you have already returned your kits for mid semester labs.  Not to worry!  Please fill out form completely so we can confirm your kit return.  In many cases we have not yet been able to return to the ECEB building to confirm kit check-ins. If you are taking multiple lab classes you may have received emails for each course but you only need to fill out this form once.

This survey is to help the electronics service shop in coordinating logistics for kit return in order to prepare for Fall 2020 classes and assist with return shipping for graduating students or others not returning in Fall. Please fill out form as completely as possible to avoid getting charged replacement costs on your student account.
