Add-a-Week

This form is only good for those who have already registered for Summer Day Camp. Use this form to add a week not previously scheduled to your child's Summer Day Camp Schedule. The deadline for add-a-weeks is 12:00 pm (noon) on the Wednesday before the week being added. After the deadline, there will be $15 charge per week per child added to your ProCare account. Use a separate form for each individual week. Children in the same family can be entered together if the additional week applies to all.
