Who we are LOOKING for:

*TRU ESTHETICS is seeking a proactive, empowered individual who is growth minded to add to our team.

Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the state of North Carolina, with some weekdays and at minimum every other Saturday.

*All training will be provided including extensive one on one training for technique, product knowledge and spa studio functions.

*This role will be responsible to:

Stand and or sit for extended periods of time

Attend and fully participate in all training sessions

Implement and understand policies and procedures set forth during training

Create Plan of Care incorporating professional products and creating home care regimens, product recommendations, service boosters all based on guests goals and needs.

Assist in supporting studio operations such as front desk and team member spa support when necessary

Advance guest relationships through excellent customer service techniques, following scripts and complying with them.

Maintain a professional TRU Esthetics standard of social media

*This position is PT 23-28 per week building to FT, 30-33 per week. Competitive earnings where the Esthetician has the leverage of commission vs. hourly, whichever is higher plus retail sales commission.
