Special Events Assistant Responsibilities and Duties

Perform assistance duties to the special events managing department.

Assist and support organizing and events manager in his day to day tasks.

Perform special event duties like checking and establishing set ups, for events and programs.
                                                                                                                               
Provide special services to guests from their check-in time to until they check-out.

Provide services to guests at special events like getting vendors to sign up

Greet guests and take care of their needs at special events.

Conduct research on venues and book for special events.

Maintain and manage event databases, timelines and files.

Interact and coordinate with other events managing staff in conducing special event programs.

Implement best practices and standards in guest services at special events. Use all Kitokos/ EME standards
* Promoter Responsibilities*

Include:

Demonstrating and providing information on promoted products/services
Recruit vendors to sign ups / promote events / Conduct Monthly Girls nigh out party
Abe to share on Social media, Create  ads, advertisement, emails
Must be able to meet weekly and monthly goals
Responsibilities

Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services
Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it
Strong social media present
Use lectures, films, charts, and/or slide shows
Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities
Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products
Report on demonstration related information (interest level, questions asked, number of samples/flyers distributed etc)
Requirements

Proven working experience as a promoter
Track record of over-achieving quota
Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
Strong listening, communication,  presentation and social skills
High school diplomat or A Social Media influencer  or BS in Marketing
