If you have agreed on project details with a faculty member, please first fill out this online form and submit. Then you will receive a copy of your responses through email. You should save this email as pdf and send it to your advisor. Your advisor should send the form (pdf) to us (mertan@metu.edu.tr) and add a statement to the email stating that he/she approves the form and its contents.
