An application form for an Erasmus+ Project  (students)
Dear student,
we are really pleased that you want to be in an Erasmus+ team at our school. There are two Erasmus+ projects starting this school year you can choose from:  "Digital Competence and eSafety" and "European Students for sustainability." Both will last for 2 years.

If you want to participate in one of the projects, you need to fill in and submit this application form and send a letter of motivation in English. You can send your motivation letter as an attachment to this application form or as an attachment to an email which you can send to Ms. Bajcsiová or Ms. Bebčáková. Please, use your school email address.

In your formal letter of motivation (max. 1 page), include the following points:  
- your name, class, the name of the project you are interested in
- what motivates you to be a member of the Erasmus+ team at our school
- what you can contribute to the project with
- what your expectations are


During this school year, many activities will be done online (online meetings, eTwinning projects). Travel visits are planned from January 2021 or according to the current epidemiological situation. If you are interested in visiting a partner country, you need to accommodate a student from a partner country in return and you need to contribute €150.
