Martinsburg Farmers Market at the Roundhouse Application
The Martinsburg Farmers Market at the Roundhouse is held every Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. from April 20, 2024, to October 26, 2024. The market is located at 105 East Liberty Street, Martinsburg WV. All vendors are required to have a Business License to sell at the Farmer's Market. Please review the 2024 handbook, application, and operating guidelines thoroughly before filling out and submitting your application. Applications will be reviewed AFTER  March 1, 2024, in order to provide all applicants an opportunity to have their applications reviewed fairly. All Applicants will be notified by March 22, 2024. Do not contact the market manager prior to March 22, unless it is to edit your application. Applications received after the deadline will be reviewed and accepted according to the needs of the market. Event Day and Craft Vendors  DO NOT need to meet the 40 mile radius requirement. If you need to make changes to your submitted application, please contact the market manager at martinsburgfarmersmarket@gmail.com. The market manager will contact you if there are any questions, missing documents, or need for clarification. All Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax. Vendors with similar products may be placed on a wait list in the event that a vendor cancels or is expelled from market during the 2024 season. If you are placed on a wait list, we will let you know.  *All accepted Farmers Market applicants and wait list applicants are required to attend a mandatory vendor orientation. Refer to 2024 Rules and Procedures and Operating Guidelines to determine your appropriate licenses, permits, certifications, signature pages, maps, product lists, and any other required or supporting documents for your business. (Documents, PDF, and JPEG)  email them directly to Market Manager at martinsburgfarmersmarket@gmail.com. Please include the word, "Documents", in the subject field. Please do this within 24 hours of submitting your application. Applications are not complete without ALL the required documentation. Do not submit application until you have acquired the appropriate documents or talked with the market manager.

Select your payment preference for 1 - 10 x 10 space. You will receive an invoice upon acceptance to the Martinsburg Farmers Market at the Roundhouse. Pop - up vendors, non profits, vendors that require additional space, etc. Contact the market manager at martinsburgfarmersmarket@gmail.com to receive a custom invoice and individualized fees. Producers that require a 10 x 20 space will have to pay the regular vendor fee for 1 space. Only one 10 x 10 space is provided to producers at no fee. If you are a producer or non-producer and need to make other payment arrangements, please contact the market manager. We do not want to discourage anyone from participation in the Farmers Market and will do our best to work with your budget on a case by case basis. However, we are first and foremost a farmers market. If you claim to be a producer and fail to meet the requirements, you will be billed accordingly. Please make sure you have all of the proper documentation uploaded prior to submitting your application. *
Select All of the Dates you plan to attend. Part time producers must commit to 14 days to receive discounted vendor fee. *These dates are your dates and may not be changed without prior approval. There are no extra vendor fees on event days for regular farm market vendors. *
