EXHIBITIONS- Student Entry Form for School District Payments

This form is for teachers or students to fill out when the district has confirmed to pay the fee for student submissions to art calls. The district may submit a purchase order or process the fee through Nassau or Eastern Suffolk BOCES. Either way, once this form is completed, the school district will be issued an invoice through the Huntington Arts Council.

After completion of this form, email artwork images to Regina Van Bell at artsined@huntingtonarts.org.

ENTRY FEES:
$15 - JOURNEY Partner School students for up to 3 images.
$25 - Full-time students (NOT Journey Partners) for up to 3 images.
$5 - Each additional image
