Childbirth Course Registration | Spring 2023
This comprehensive course will take place over two Saturdays, covering the following topics:

Healthy Pregnancy
Optimal Fetal Positioning
Stages of Labor
Comfort Strategies in Labor
Newborn Procedures
Postpartum Recovery
Life With a New Baby

*Please dress comfortably as we will be practicing comfort measures and labor positions that involve standing, kneeling, squatting, and laying down.
*Please bring two pillows from home. 

Dates: Saturdays 5/13, 5/20
Time: 1-5 pm
