We Love MCR Valentine's Dip: Sign-up Form
Complete this form as part of the sign-up process for the We Love MCR Valentine's Dip, taking place at Sale Water Park on Saturday, February 18th 2023 - Valentine's Day weekend! We will be in contact after your form has been submitted.

Access requirements
We want the Dip to be as inclusive as possible. The site has no access to the water for wheelchairs, and there is no hoist available to use at the event. The operator can consider on a case-by-case basis applications to take part from people with limited mobility. This may include being able to support someone getting into and out of the water. If you have limited mobility, please describe this accurately in the registration form, so that we can consider your personal situation.
