I acknowledge that I have read the NCAS Volunteer Code of Conduct revision 0002 (which may be found at https://bewhiskeredcon.org/code-of-conduct/volunteer) and agree to abide by its provisions while I am a volunteer for NCAS. I understand that breaking the code of conduct may constitute immediate termination of my status as a volunteer and member of NCAS.

I acknowledge that some volunteer tasks may take place prior to the start of the event or after the end of the event, and that NCAS will notify me when scheduling volunteers outside of the official event times.

I acknowledge that I am agreeing to perform non-compulsory, non-compensated volunteer work on behalf of NCAS; that some of this work may include physical activities or labor; and that I must inform a staff member if asked to perform tasks that are beyond my comfort or ability. I thus waive NCAS of liability for injury or damages while working as a volunteer.

I signify that I am 18 years of age at the time of submission, or that I am the parent or guardian submitting on behalf of a minor aged 16-17 years and I have completed the volunteer parental consent form.
