We are entering our FIFTH year of service! In 2024, we are excited to serve Black businesses again through this vendor event. We've got some exciting new ways to promote, collaborations in the works, and we are looking forward to a great year!
In 2024, we will accept no more than FIVE vendors from each industry for each event date (ex: five jewelry businesses, five candle businesses, etc). The goal is to make sure that all vendors can make money, and to provide our shoppers with a more diverse experience.

VENDOR FEE -
Businesses: $50 PER DATE
Youth Businesses (under 18)/ NPO: $25 for the year
You must bring your own table and chairs.
You must purchase an event permit from the health department. They will be on site inspecting food/drink booths, so be sure to have all the proper permits, licenses, and materials needed to pass. Your vendor fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, and Village KC will not be responsible if your booth fails inspection.

- Visit our website: www.TheVillageKC.org and clicking the donate button. Please select "add $ to help cover fees" so that we receive the full vendor fee amount.
- Send your vendor fee via Cash App to $VillageKCInc. Make sure to include your business name in the notes.
Registration is NOT complete until you submit your payment, and your vendor fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, as we use these payments to fund our youth programs/events. We are a 501c3 organization, and your vendor donation fee is tax deductible.
