The Boys & Girls Club of Stamford is proud to introduce our new Parent Portal. The portal will let you manage your parent/guardian profile, emergency contacts and medical information for your child(ren), program enrollments, and credit/debit card payments. Thank you for helping the Club become more efficient.

If your child is has been enrolled in past Club programs, complete this form to begin the registration process. This form is not for first time club members. Within 2 business days of completing this form, you will receive an email from the Club to complete your Parent Portal registration and enroll in the After School program.

Do NOT use this form if:
  • you have a Parent Portal account from Summer Camp 2023, please login to Parent Portal to enroll in the After School program. 
  • this is your first program at the Club, please create an account in the Parent Portal to enroll in the After School program.

(1) Online registration payments can be made by credit or debit card, including prepaid cards with a registered zip code. Cash or checks are not accepted online.

(2) Medical forms are required to be on file before camp begins. A link to the form will be available after you register. Please make arrangements to bring a copy to your camp location(s).

(3) Each child must have a birth certificate on file at the club. Please make arrangements to bring a copy to your camp location(s) if we do not already have a copy.
