2024 - 2025 Athletics Registration
Thank you for your interest in Ridgeview Athletics. In order to be added to the rosters and communication lists, please fill out one form per student athlete. All students must turn in  a valid physical and a Ridgeview Release form yearly. There is an athletic fee per sport that can be paid online or at the Front Office.
