Event Background:
The Fair on 44th is Lynnwood’s Health & Safety Community Block Party. We close 44th Avenue in front of Lynnwood’s Civic Campus and fill the street with vehicles to explore, demonstrations, and hands-on games and activities for families. Expected attendance is 5,000. An important aspect of any good event is food! The City of Lynnwood is accepting applications for mobile food vendors for the Fair on 44th.

Food Vendor Guidelines & Information:
A $200 vendor fee payable by check to the City of Lynnwood is due with submission of application; fee will be returned in full if not selected. Vendors will be notified by June 15, 2019 of selection.

Vendors must follow all Washington State and Snohomish Health District regulations and secure required permits by August 7, 2019.

The City of Lynnwood has final authority in accepting and declining applications. If you violate the information and terms of this application, you will be asked to remove your truck from the event.

Vendors are required to carry commercial general liability insurance of not less than $1 million/occurrence and $2 million aggregate. A certificate of insurance (COI) naming the City of Lynnwood additionally insured for September 8, 2018 must be submitted by August 7, 2019.

The event will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2019 from 10:00am – 2:00pm. Food vendors will be expected to be set up no later than 9:00am, stay for the entirety of the event, and responsible for all power and water requirements.
