WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR CAMP BARNABAS SPRINGFIELD DAY CAMP:
The Springfield Camp Barnabas Day Camp is for families who have a child with special needs currently enrolled in Springfield Public Schools and will participate in the two day week seated program for the 1st quarter beginning August 24th.  Day Camp attendees will range between the ages of 5-18 (entering kindergarten through 12th grade). The Springfield Camp Barnabas Day Camp is ideal for campers who have Intellectual or developmental disabilities and/or Physical disabilities included but not limited to ADHD, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Delay, and Down Syndrome.

Unfortunately, we are unable to safely care for campers who have a prior history of harmful behavior/aggression towards themselves or others. We are also unable to safely care for campers who require a private duty nurse.
