Thank you for your interest in Off We Go Nature Preschool. All registration forms are reviewed on a first-come, first-serve All additional submissions will be added to our waiting list upon filling all open spots.

***Please make sure that you have read the Outdoor Preschool Info on our website to make sure we are a good fit for your preschooler. We are an all season, all-weather, outdoor school. We spend the majority of our class time outside. Only when extreme weather conditions occur (lightning, high winds, temperatures below 25 degrees, bad air quality, etc.) will we head inside our indoor classroom.

FOR REGISTRATION TO BE COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FEE OF $75.00 MUST BE RECEIVED WITH THE APPLICATION. (Zelle, Venmo @jen-pulley, check or cash) The $75.00 fee is non-refundable

After receiving your registration fee and form you will receive enrollment confirmation via email during the week after it was received. Both the registration form and fee must be received before your child will be secured for your selected class.

Tuition agreement:
I agree to pay tuition by the 1st of each month. If payment is not received by the 5th a $10 late fee will be added. I understand that Off We Go Nature Preschool/Jennifer Pulley reserves the right to terminate services for my child should my payment be delinquent at the end of the month.

I have read and understand the information located on the Outdoor Preschool Info tab on the Off We Go Nature Preschool website.

Liability Release Agreement:
I verify that my child is covered under my own or my family’s medical insurance policy. I do not and will not hold Off We Go Preschool, its owner or employees, responsible for any injury occurring before, during, or after preschool. Furthermore, I give permission for Jennifer Pulley or other employees to administer first aid and/or CPR to my child, and to call an ambulance and/or paramedic in case of emergency. The undersigned recognizes and acknowledges that there are certain inherent hazards that come with attendance at preschool. The undersigned hereby (1) knowingly and voluntarily assumes full responsibility for such hazards and risks, and (2) agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions of Off We Go Preschool. The undersigned agrees as a condition of participation in programs of Off We Go Preschool to release, defend, indemnify and hold Off We Go Preschool, the home owners and employees harmless from and against any and all loss, judgments, damage and expense incurred by reason of any claim or liability based upon personal injury or property damage.
