ToeToSoul E-Gift Certificate Request Form
E-gift certificates are purely digital and sent to you via email, payment via e-transfer. If you would like a PHYSICAL gift certificate, please visit any ToeToSoul branch and our front-desk will be happy to assist you. 

1. Our gift certificates may be purchased in the form of ANY lounge dollar amount or ANY service, with options for pre-paid tips.  Please kindly browse our menu and choose your dollar amount or massage service/combo. Prices do not include tax and gratuity. 
Examples:
- $150 Lounge Dollars
- Bliss B Combo ($144.90 value)
- 50-minute foot reflexology + foot scrub ($85.05 value) 

3. Please e-transfer the total amount (including tax, and prepaid tip if desired) to: gift@toetosoul.com with the description: "YOUR FULL NAME, YOUR REQUESTED AMOUNT/SERVICE". Total e-transfer amount = (menu price x 1.05) + tip if applicable. 
Examples:
- $150 Lounge Dollars - please e-transfer $150 only
- Bliss B Combo ($144.90 after tax) - please e-transfer $144.90 only
- 50-minute foot reflexology ($66.15 after tax) + 13.23 pre-paid tip  - please e-transfer $79.38 only

Once we have received your payment AND your completed form, an e-gift certificate will be emailed to you within 24 hours, usually same-day by 11:59 pm. If you have not received your e-gift certificate within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before emailing or calling us to inquire. 

All gift certificates (physical and electronic) can be redeemed at any location, with no expiry date. Services on gift Certificates (eg. 50F) cannot be converted to lounge dollars.
