This survey is intended to assist me in better understanding my respective areas of strength and challenge as a leader within the Sanford School Department.  As I reflect on our practices and how we have done this past year, I will use this feedback to build my leadership goals for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year.  All responses are anonymous.
