For orders of >10 kits, please contact us for special arrangements.

⚫ How to place your order:

Select your choice of Xcelom’s COVID-19 RT-PCR testing service.
🕘🏢 (i) Express service Sampling at Xcelom: $880 / test.
📦🏠 (ii) Home delivery service residential address: $800 / test.
🔬🏢 (iii) Sampling at Xcelom: $380 / test.
Make a reservation for testing at least 1 working day before.

Complete your payment via Payme, and leave your registration name and phone no. as your transaction message.
Upload your transaction record / proof of payment via WhatsApp to (+852) 9544 0266.

🔵 Reservation & Testing Procedure:
1️⃣ Make a reservation for Xcelom’s COVID-19 RT-PCR screening test by filling this form
(Required information: Name, Phone No., Shipping address, Email address)
2️⃣ Deposit the correct amount via Payme.
3️⃣ Upload your proof of payment via WhatsApp to (+852) 9544 0266.
4️⃣ Upon verification, Xcelom’s courier team will contact you for test kit(s) delivery and sample pick up arrangements.
(Please wait patiently as we contact you as quickly as we can.)
5️⃣ On the date of testing, follow the sample collection demonstration guide provided to collect your sample.
6️⃣ Return your sample to the courier.
7️⃣ Once your report is ready, you will receive a SMS message. Please follow the instructions provided to access and download your report.

Notice:
Xcelom Limited will follow the guidelines from DH CHP for suspected positive / indeterminate cases and the patients’ specimen along with his/her particulars will be transferred to CHP for confirmation.
