Thank you for your support of Chintimini Wildlife Center! By donating to Art is Wild, you will play a role in raising critical funds to carry out Chintimini's mission of caring for injured and orphaned wildlife, and connecting people and wildlife through education.

Each donating artist will receive one complimentary ticket to the event. Any additional guests will need to purchase their ticket(s) at https://chintiminiwildlife.org/art-is-wild.htm 
Donation Information
All work is donated to the Chintimini Wildlife Center for the purposes of the auction and will not be returned. Donations are tax-deductible and you will receive a receipt when you drop off your work. All auction proceeds will benefit Chintimini Wildlife Center in Corvallis, Oregon.
Young Artists
If you are a donating artist UNDER the age of 18, please email art@chintiminiwildlife.org for the young artist donation form.
Requirements
- Artwork must be in the theme of nature/wildlife.
- All media is welcome.
- Deadline to submit this form: Thursday, April 2nd
- Deadline to deliver artwork: Friday, April 10th/Saturday, April 11th
- Submissions must be display-ready upon delivery (i.e. 2D works framed/wired to hang, jewelry/3D display cases/stands included, etc).

Submissions that do not meet ALL of the above requirements may be refused at auction committee discretion.

Artwork Drop-off Instructions
Artwork drop-off days will be Friday, April 10th and Saturday, April 11th. Further instructions for drop-off (times, locations) and other important details will be sent to you in a confirmation email upon completion of this form.
