Terms and Conditions
A. Course/Programme - Fees, Class Credits, Terms and Conditions
1. Course/programme fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. All sessions are subject to availability, and to be reserved at least 1 day before.
3. Should participants fail to attend the scheduled session(s) without prior written notice, no refund of fees is applicable. Should a session be cancelled by the studio, CoSpacious will advise and offer a make up session.
4. Session credits are valid for 3 months from time of purchase, any unused sessions will be forfeited.
5. Participants requiring make up sessions may switch to other available sessions of the same class(subject to availability).
6. Children below age 10 are to be accompanied by a paying adult for any Unguided Art Jamming session.
7. Canvas sizes besides the standard 30x40cm are subject to additional charges.


B. Administrative Notes
1. Participants are required to observe all class rules including and help to keep the studio neat and clean.
2. Should participants be late to session, please inform the official CoSpacious contact (+65 8510 9800) or the studio's contact (+65 8859 3616). There will be no extension of time for more than 15mins if late.


C. Consent
1. I will not hold CoSpacious or any of its employees responsible for any injury occurred during the session.
2. I permit CoSpacious to seek medical care for myself/ward in case of an emergency.
3. In an emergency, CoSpacious will contact the person I have designated (emergency contact).
4. I agree with CoSpacious privacy policy found on https://cospacious.sg
5. I allow CoSpacious to contact me and send me information about CoSpacious (PDPA)
6. CoSpacious reserve the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
