Chess.com is one of the largest gaming sites on the internet - and we are growing fast! We are passionate chess players working hard to deliver new products, features, and updates to our 35+ million members.

Every single day we get 40,000-60,000 new people joining Chess.com. (:mindblown: for us as well!) We do NOT need help getting new people to join. And we do NOT need help setting up ad campaigns, budgets, etc, as we do not spend $$ on ads. Instead, your job will be entirely focused on engaging, retaining, and guiding our members through key funnels and campaigns.

 Who you are:
- You have been doing growth marketing for 3+ years at a consumer internet company
- You know how to do much, much more than spend ad dollars
- You have created re-engagement campaigns, emails, landing pages, and user flows
- You are a good writer who can authentically connect with users without being sales-y or pushy

What you will do:
- You will work with our marketing, product, and design team to create initiatives to engage and retain members
- You will create user journeys, maps, and personas
- You will help optimize funnels
- This is not a "manager" role... this is a hands-on "doer" role
- You will enjoy working with some of the brightest, kindest, smartest, and most passionate people on the planet
