Please complete the following form to register for the 2021 Kicking Cancer in the Cornhole tournament.
 - Tournament entry is $25 per person/$50 per team prior to September 8th.
 - Registrations received after September 6th, will be $30 per person/$60 per team.  
 - Players will receive a tournament t-shirt the day of the event.
 - Must be at least 18 years old to play.  
 - No outside coolers or beverages are allowed.  Food and beverages will be sold at the event.  
 - Check in and practice will begin at 10:30 a.m.
 - Tournament play will begin promptly at 12:00 p.m.
