by our signatures below, we understand and will adhere to the guidelines of
College Credit Plus as it relates to participation; benefits; high school
credit; high school graduation requirements; location of college classes;
college course offerings; high school transcripts; high school athletics
eligibility; academic and social responsibilities; mature content; payment of
college admission, textbooks, fees and transportation; failed or withdrawn
courses; and college credit transfer after graduation.
* We
understand that signing this form does not require that my son/daughter
participate during the coming school year and we may decide not to participate
without consequence.
* We
understand it is our responsibility to notify my student’s school if my
son/daughter does not gain admission to their selected institution of higher
education or choose not to participate for some other reason.
* We
will notify our school counselor if/when we intend to change or drop a class at
anytime.
* We
have received counseling about the College Credit Plus Program concerning the
rules and regulations for both my student’s school and the college, and that we
understand our responsibilities, the benefits and possible risks of
participating in College Credit Plus.
