Our spring sports begin soon! 
Please fill out one registration for each athlete.
*An up-to-date physical form is required for each athlete to participate.
   -All athletic forms
   -Forms can be dropped off at the school office or emailed to the health office

Click the sport in which your child plans to participate. You will be charged $50 or $75(HS baseball only) to your school account for each sport participation. This helps cover coaching, transportation, referee expenses, tournaments, and equipment expenses.  *
