WomensLIFE is a ministry to women at New Hope to offer opportunities and help women walk with God throughout their life by welcoming, equipping and sending. As a leadership team we wanted to find a way to know more clearly the hearts, needs and desires/gifts of each of the women at our church. Thus, we developed this questionnaire that we hope each woman would take a few minutes to fill out. By filling it out, we do not see this as a commitment on your part, but it is a way we hope we can serve, know, walk alongside and love you in a greater way.

1. What WomensLIFE events have you enjoyed participating in and what are some new events we could consider planning in the future?

2. What would you like to be equipped in? Check any letter that is applicable. Below this multiple choice gives opportunity to expound on your answers.

A. How to study God’s Word.

B. How to communicate and actively listen when something uncomfortable or difficult is brought up.

C. Relationships: peacemaking, communication (Next question gives space to add other)
