Buying New Uniform
Fill this out ONLY if you plan on buying a new uniform.  You will need to make the payment for the total you owe to the Cross Country team on the ASB Webstore at the end.

This is the uniform.  There is NO REQUIREMENT to buy the uniform but it is a new design.  If you don't buy this you will be issued the old design that you will turn back in.  Boys comes complete with top and shorts ($60 total).  Girls have an option to use their own black spandex shorts which are different then the uniform package shorts which are similar to the guys loose shorts ($35/top or $65 for both).  ONLY FILL THIS OUT IF YOU ARE BUYING THE UNIFORM!!  You will be listed for an obligation if you place an order but do not make the payment.  The payment link is at the end of this form but do not forget to submit the form.
