Vikram Khurana MD, PhD
Chief of the Movement Disorders Division, Brigham and Women’s Hospital;
Assistant Professor of Neurology, Harvard Medical School;
Principal Faculty, Harvard Stem Cell Institute;
Associate Member, Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT;

Dr. Khurana will give a broad overview of what we know about Parkinson’s disease – from diagnostic methods and current treatment approaches in the clinic to the underlying neurobiology of the disease. He will detail the most significant hurdles that remain between the current state of the science and our ability to prevent or slow disease, and the role his own work using stem cells and genomics is playing to overcome them.
We encourage all those who are able to join us in-person in Armenise! However, if you can't make it to Armenise, a Zoom link will appear on the confirmation page and be emailed to you after you register. It will also be emailed out a day or two before the event.
Open to all Harvard students, fellows, faculty, and staff
