2022 Haw River Learning Celebration Volunteer Registration Form
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Haw River Learning Celebration! During the Learning Celebration, we host educational field trips for 4th grade children outside along the Haw River. Programming includes various educational stations and an interactive concert and puppet show! Volunteer roles include leading groups of children around to stations, teaching programming at our stations, site setup, camp chores, and more. There is something for everyone, and no experience is necessary!

Volunteer Schedule Notes:
Saturday, Sunday, and Monday are site setup days and volunteer training days. If you can't volunteer during the weekdays, then this is a great way to get involved! Volunteer hours are flexible for setup volunteers, so if you can only come for a portion of the day, just let us know!

NEW VOLUNTEERS - If you are planning on volunteering on program days (Tuesday-Friday), we strongly encourage attendance at our volunteer trainings on Sunday and Monday. We host 4th grade groups on Tuesday-Friday, and volunteer hours are 8:30am-1:45pm. On Friday we also need help after 1:45 for site breakdown.

Meals are provided Sunday-Friday! Lunch is provided for all volunteers, and breakfast and dinner are also provided for volunteers that camp with us.

Camp with us! We encourage volunteers to camp with us on site from Sunday night-Thursday night! Expect delicious meals, hammock naps, and lots of great company along the beautiful Haw River!
