we look forward to our virtual general meeting with you.

It has proven itself when the participants register for the meeting early. A short-term cancellation is possible at any time and without great effort, the short-term registration is associated with greater effort because each participant needs personalized access data for the vote. These access data are generated and sent by an external company.

The schedule:
Friday, 20.05.2022, 6 - 8 p.m. - German discussion
Saturday, 21.05.2022, 6 - 8 p.m. - Discussion round in English
Sunday, 22.05.2022, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. - Annual General Meeting (lunch break from 12.30 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.)

The discussion rounds can be used to pre-discuss the individual agenda items of the annual general meeting. However, participation in the discussion rounds is NOT a prerequisite for participation in the annual general meeting.

We are trying to provide a direct translation into English for the annual general meeting. The meeting itself will be held in German.

Please register in the following form if you would like to take part in the discussion rounds and / or the general meeting. And please also inform us if something changes in your registration.
