FMC & LHM Facilities Use Request Form
The intent of this tool is to facilitate better communication between the Lighthouse and the First Mennonite Church in the shared use of our facilities.

Please note that per the lease agreement between First Mennonite (FMC) and the Lighthouse (LHM), FMC has the preference for using the upstairs of the Lighthouse and the church building on weekends. Similarly, the Lighthouse has the preference for using the Lighthouse during the week and the basement of the church each weekday from 9am-5pm.

* The Lighthouse office is not available for reservation weekdays between 8am and 6pm and then only under special circumstances.

Also, all traditionally running programs (e.g. FMC Sunday School in the Lighthouse, and the After School Program in the church basement) will have the preference for reservations regardless of when the reservation was made. Any desired use of those spaces will need to be worked out in advance with the organization running the program. The LHM Office Manager will inform you if your request conflicts with a regularly scheduled program as soon as they are able.

We hope this tool is helpful. We expect some bumps in the road as we continue to work this out. May grace abound!
