Hi there!

We're excited to have your family join us for SWLF Kids' Club this year. Our theme is "Love Makes a Family," and we're going to be celebrating all the different shapes family can take while providing a space for every one of our Kids' Club campers to have fun, make friends, and learn about themselves. Adults aren't the only ones having a good time at the conference this year – parents and guardians can enjoy the conference knowing their kids are safe and cared for in a nurturing, supportive environment thoughtfully tailored to their needs.

How to Register

Please fill out and submit the following form for each child who will be attending Kids' Club. Once your form is submitted, you can expect to receive an email from our lead camp counselor, Kate, within 48 hours of submitting the form. This will include additional details on what to expect and what you'll need to send with your child for camp.

Cost and Payment

We are offering Kids' Club on a sliding scale basis to support all families being able to attend the conference and access high-quality childcare. Any amount we receive goes towards covering our costs and ensuring that we can keep Kids' Club accessible for all families, regardless of their economic status.

Our recommended full-price donation is $40 per child per day, totaling $120 for three days of daytime childcare during the conference. Families who wish to give a smaller amount are invited and encouraged to do so; any little bit helps! That said, families are not required to donate in order to register for SWLF Kids' Club. We gratefully accept all donations and use them exclusively to keep Kids' Club accessible and sustainable, both this year and in years to come.

Consent and Acknowledgement Statements
Consent to Participate in Activities

I, the undersigned, hereby agree and declare that I am the legal parent/guardian of the above-named child and hereby consent to the child's participation in the activities that have been and will be described to me in the registration process. I understand that the activities described may result in physical injury to my child and specifically request that she, they, or he be nevertheless allowed to participate in those activities. I agree to hold Southwest Love Fest and Kids' Camp staff and activity supervisors without fault for any harm that may occur to my child during these activities.

Consent to Receive Medical Care

If the above-named child requires any emergency medical treatment or procedures during the activities described, I hereby consent to Kids' Camp staff and activity supervisors providing any care deemed necessary to protect the child's well-being, and authorize the staff and activity supervisors to arrange for such procedures and treatments at the discretion of the staff members or activity supervisors present. I understand that should my child require emergency medical treatment or procedures, a member of the Southwest Love Fest or Kids' Care staff and activity supervisors will do their utmost to contact me at the earliest possible opportunity to notify me of the situation.

Acknowledgment

I, the parent/guardian of the above-named child, hereby agree and declare that I have carefully read, understand, and agree to abide by the preceding consent and liability statements and give my permission for the above-named child to fully participate in the activities described on the SWLF Kids' Camp page of the Southwest Love Fest website. I understand that entering my name below constitutes a signature, verifying that I have read and agree to the terms set forth in this document.
