National Bike to Work Day is Friday, May 19th, 2023!

Thank you for supporting Austin and our community as we continue to encourage more people to utilize bikes as a form of transportation and celebrate those who are already traveling by bike!

Ready to roll! Sign-up on this form to host a 2023 Bike to Work Day Fueling Station. By signing up, you are committing to be active at your location from 7am - 9am and have some type of reward for participants who stop by your station on a bike. People on bikes will be stopping at various fueling stations on their morning rides to work. Your station will be added to a map of all the fueling stations throughout Austin.

In the past stations have provided coffee (hot and/or cold), tacos, pastries, juice, fruit, yogurt cups, donuts, bagels, muffins, or other easy grab-n-go types of snacks (i.e. granola bars). Some stations have provided free bike safety checks/tune-ups, hosted music (live, DJ, or a playlist), distributed bike lights or patch kits, or even raffled off t-shirts or gift cards. Stations have even showcased art and had dance party breaks too! 

What you plan on providing should be included in the "Fueling Station Description" section in the registration form below. If you are hosting multiple sites, please submit a separate entry for each site/for each unique address.

Submissions will be accepted until 5pm on Friday, May 5th. The earlier the better so there is sufficient time to review and add locations to the Fueling Station map, and to promote the event with your station included.

Submissions will be reviewed and confirmation will be provided no later than Monday May 8th.There will be a celebratory event at City Hall running from 8am-9:30am with tacos, coffee, and remarks from city leaders.
