AFTER PARTY RESTAURANT/BAR REGISTRATION - SUMMER SPLASH - July 31 & Aug 1, 2020
Please complete this form with as much information as possible. You may call in changes at any time prior to July 21st at 815-625-4500. Payment must be made to be included in the advertising and event. If you prefer to mail in a form, you can print and send in a form with a check payment.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The Cruise-In Parade will start at 5pm, leaving from Rock Falls High School and following a route around town that ends at the RB&W Riverfront Park.
- The first participants will finish around 5:30pm.
- All participants will be given a map and list of restaurant specials/activities.
- We will also advertise your business' specials/activities to the general public who may not participate in the cruise-in parade. Our goal is to get you the biggest crow possible.
- You may offer a special discount only for participants.
- You should offer specials available to anyone to draw in extra people.
- Our hope is to have at least 100 vehicles participate, however, we could receive many more. We will email you updates closer to the event, so you can plan.
- You may also include coupons in our swag bags for all events. We expect to hand out 800 over the weekend. You can supply coupons, advertising, or items in as few or many as you would like. (for example, just the drive-in movie, or just the cruise-in parade.)
REGISTRATION FEES:
- To help offset the cost of this event (we do not receive tax payer funded and are a non-profit org) we are asking for businesses to contribute a registration fee.
- This fee ensures you will have great advertising.
- It is used to support this and other future community events.
- Registration Fee: $50 / Rock Falls Chamber Members $15
