The Surface Design Association, is an international Fiber Arts organization with a mission since 1977 to promote awareness and appreciation of textile-inspired art and design through member-supported benefits including publications, exhibitions, and conferences.

SDA wants to reach out and connect with art educators that are already incorporating fibers into their curriculum, or have a desire to include fibers into their program.
