It's exciting that our kids will get to take part in the Track & Field Day with other schools across WCASD on Wednesday, May 15th (rain date is May 17th). Home & School will gift one cotton t-shirt to each student to show our PW pride!
Use this form to select the shirt size for your child. Shirts will be delivered to school and handed out the day of the event.
** 4th grade - Home & School provides one shirt to use for both years, so please submit this form to order. You may want to "size up" so it still fits next year. If you need a replacement shirt in the future, it usually costs around $5.
** 5th grade - Your child should re-use their t-shirt from last year and wear it to school on the day of the track meet. If you’d like to purchase a replacement for $5, submit this form and we will contact you to make payment. If your child is new to PW this year, submit this form for a shirt at no cost.
** Staff - If you are attending the track meet and do not have a shirt, please submit this form.
