Women Transform STEM
Topic: "Women Transform STEM: Past, Present, and the Future"

The theme of this event focuses on women's transformation in STEM. The topic seeks to understand the importance of science and diversity for technology development, women's involvement in STEM-related fields and why women are holding  "Hidden Figures" in STEM. In this event our panelists will discuss to find answers for: what factors contribute to women's marginalization and how can invisible conditions (housework, childcare, etc.) impact women's role in STEM?, what current "actions" have been taken to make women's transformation smoother and how to practice, regulate, and maintain such actions?, and we then discuss the future vision of women in STEM and how the future would look like? How will our current actions, services, and level of involvement impact the future?
