Auditions
Auditions will be held for the Main Show Saturday, April 13 in Father Fitzpatrick Hall, underneath St. Luke's church. You only need to audition if you are interested in a solo or speaking role. Please be prepared to sing 30 seconds of any song of your choice A Capella.  In addition to a song of your choice, we will be sending out a song from the show prior to auditions for those auditioning to familiarize themselves with. If you cannot attend auditions, please contact us to arrange a video audition.

Juniors - IMPORTANT!
The Juniors show will be capped at 25 performers and will be on a first come, first serve basis. There are no exceptions. Even if you had a student in the show last year, or if you have children in the Main Show, you MUST submit your registration ASAP.  We will start a waiting list after the 25 spots are filled. THE JUNIORS SHOW IS FULL!

Attendance Policy
Our mandatory show week rehearsals will be July 27 (Saturday), July 30 (Tuesday), and July 31 (Wednesday). If your child misses one of these rehearsals, they may not be able to perform opening night.  Also, if a child misses too many rehearsals or rehearsals where difficult dances are learned and isn't able to catch up, it is at the director's discretion on whether the performer can participate in that number.

Lastly, there will be a few key lead roles that will not be allowed to miss more than four rehearsals. Those roles will be announced prior to auditions.

Costs
Fees for the Main show are $195 and fees for the Juniors show are $115.  There is a 10% discount for three or more children. All children will receive a Summer Stock t-shirt. All fees are non-refundable after the first rehearsal.  Payment can be made at auditions or at first rehearsal.

Volunteers
We do ask that parents volunteer as much as possible.  Each time a parent volunteers to chaperone, they will receive one free ticket to the show (2 tickets maximum).  Two tickets will be given for "backstage" and "sitting with juniors" chaperoning during the shows. New this year, we are asking all volunteers to submit their clearances.

By checking the below box, I give permission for my children named above to participate in St. Luke's Summer Stock.  I understand that if I miss the mandatory rehearsals, their performances may be jeopardized.  I also understand that the registration fee is non-refundable after the first rehearsal.  My children understand the importance of rehearsals for his/her benefit and for the benefit of the overall production. *
