The band boosters are being forced to change our management system going into next season. That includes our communications. The new system is heavily based on mobile phone numbers, and requires a unique phone number per individual. Email is used only for backup.
In an effort to clean up our database, we are asking everyone to provide us their contact information again so we can validate/update our records. This effort is crucial to effective communication for the rest of the 2023-2024 season and into the next season.
Again, individuals - students or guardians - require unique mobile phone numbers and emails. Please do not duplicate contact information between guardians or students.
The form can be filled out once per family - at least one student and one guardian information is required. If guardian information is provided, please make sure to provide a mobile phone number and email address.
