Northside ACE Fall 2022 Registration Form
We are so excited to welcome the ACE program back to Northside this upcoming fall!

We will have morning ACE from 7:30am-8:30am and after-school clubs from 4:15pm-6:00pm. ACE does not offer AM or PM transportation.

Please complete the registration form below to sign up for ACE. Students must register BEFORE they can attend an ACE club.

Students/Families must attend the Parent Orientation on Tuesday, August 30th from 5:00-6:00pm in the Northside Commons before registering and attending ACE.

Clubs will begin Tuesday, September 6th, 2021. On Tuesday, all registered ACE students will go to the commons by 4:05pm and wait to be picked up by their club instructor.

Tendremos ace por la mañana de 7:30am-8:30am y clubes después de la escuela de 4:10pm-6:00pm. ACE no ofrece transporte AM o PM.

Por favor complete el formulario de registro a continuación para inscribirse en ACE. Los estudiantes deben registrarse ANTES de poder asistir a un club ACE.

Los estudiantes /familias deben asistir a la Orientación para padres el martes 30 de agosto de 5:00-6:00 pm en Northside Commons antes de registrarse y asistir a ACE.

Transportation | Transporte
ACE does not offer AM transportation. There will be a bus leaving @ 5:30pm (starting second week of September) to be used by both ACE & Unified Tutorials students Mondays-Thursdays.  

Otherwise, Parents/guardians are responsible for finding transportation for students. Students are able to be picked-up, walk home, or ride the city bus. Students are expected to be picked up BY 6:15pm. Students picked up late after 3 times are subject to removal from the ACE program. If your student drives, please let us know in the information below. |
