The Hartford Culinary Collaborative is gathering information on how food businesses start and grow. Please join us to share your thoughts on the process and supports here in Hartford for starting a food business! The information gathered at this event will be used to smooth the ramp into food business ownership. We need your help to identify the strengths and areas where support is needed, as well as gaps where new ideas have room to grow. If you attend, we can share food and you could receive a financial incentive. Please answer the questions below so that we can make these events work for you!
