2023-2024 CES Transportation Changes
Please complete the following survey ONLY IF you plan on having transportation changes for the 2023-2024 school year (i.e., switching from car to bus, alternate stop needed to babysitter/childcare, etc.). This form must submitted by 6/28/23 to ensure the transportation change is in place at the start of next school year. If no transportation change is needed, then you do NOT need to fill out this form as current transportation should carry over to next year. Remember, this form is not for requesting a different bus location for your home address due to unsafe conditions. Those requests should be emailed directly to rbreedlove@wsfcs.12.nc.us. Also, if a transportation change arises in the summer, please email me as well. Thank you in advance.
