Guidelines:

1. The nominated leader must have been a 4-H leader for 2 or more years

2. Can be nominated by a 4-H club, parent, 4-H member, staff, or another 4-H leader.

3. Leaders may win this award only once every 10 years.

4. Up to two leaders may be selected each year.
