All booths and sponsorships must be paid in FULL prior to the event unless agreed otherwise.
Cancellation: Any cancellations of participation will need to be made at least 45 days prior to the career fair for a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 45 days and greater than 15 days will be eligible for a 50% refund, and any cancellation requests made 15 days of less before the event will be NON-CANCELLABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
