I acknowledge that I am willingly participating in, or authorizing a minor in my care to participate in one of the following activities or locations that are provided by in association or in accordance with the RIDE NATURE ORGANIZATION and those individuals who are associated and affiliated with the organization. I agree to participate in or am allowing my child to participate in one of the following activities associated with the Ride Nature Organization but these activities are not limited to this list: Transportation in any vehicle affiliated with the RIDE NATURE organization or any associates to or from a location or event, any type of action/board sports including the following but not limited to this list: skateboarding, longboarding, paddle boarding, surfing, wakeboarding, skimboarding, and/or snowboarding. I AM AWARE THE ACTIVITIES LISTED CAN BE DANGEROUS AND I UNDERSTAND THAT I (OR MY CHILD) COULD BE INJURED OR EVEN KILLED. I AM VOLUNTARILY AGREEING TO ALLOW PARTICIPATION IN THESE ACTIVITIES WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGER INVOLVED, AND AGREE TO PERSONALLY ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF BODILY INJURY,  DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER THOSE RISKS ARE KNOWN OR UNKNOWN. *

As agreeing to allow participation in any activity provided by the Ride Nature Organization or anyone affiliated with this organization, I forever release the Ride Nature Organization, any affiliates, directors, board members, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, and/or representatives associated with the organization (collectively “Releasees”) from any and all actions, claims, or demands that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives now have, or may have in the future, for injury, death, or property damage, related to (i) my participation in these activities, (ii) the negligence or other acts, whether directly connected to these activities or not, and however caused, by any Releasee, or (iii) the condition of the premises where these activities occur, whether or not I am then participating in the activities. I also agree that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue, or attach the property of any Releasee in connection with any of the matters covered by the foregoing release. *
